The US Coast Guard Eagle was commissioned as a training vessel for the US Coast Guard. Originally, the German vessel Gorch Fock, it was received as reparation from Germany at the end of the Second World War. Fifteen percent of proceeds form the sale of Eagle merchandise is donated to the USCG Foundation in support of our courageous CG veterans.
